Refund Policy

Products

  • ✓Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
  • ✓Contact the salon or use the contact form to initiate a return.
  • ✓A prepaid return label will be provided.
  • ✓Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Services & Treatments

  • ✓Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive full refunds.
  • ✓If dissatisfied with a treatment, contact the salon within 48 hours.
  • ✓The salon will arrange a correction or discuss a refund option.

How to Request a Refund

  • ✓Contact us via the contact form or by phone.
  • ✓Provide your order or appointment details.
  • ✓For products, receive a prepaid return label.
  • ✓Refund processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • ✗ Opened or used products (hygiene reasons)
  • ✗ Gift cards (non-refundable but transferable)
  • ✗ Membership fees (follow separate membership terms)
