Make the site and the webshop work: your cookie choice, your basket and your sign-in are kept in your browser. At payment, Stripe sets its own cookies to complete the payment safely and prevent fraud. Cannot be switched off.
Functional
Remember small choices in your browser, such as the salon you picked, where the chat window sits and whether the chat has already been shown. Kept only in your browser and not sent to us.
Statistics (Google)
Visit statistics and purchase measurement through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Loaded only if you click Accept all.
Usage analysis (Microsoft Clarity)
Shows us how the site is used, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movements, and records sessions so we can find errors and improve the site. Loaded only if you click Accept all. Does not record on the pages with your order.
Cookie-free visit statistics
Aggregate statistics on visits and fixed actions (for example Book, calls, purchases) through Umami (EU-hosted). Sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not store your IP address, so it runs for all visitors without consent.
Content from others
The map on the salon pages comes from Google Maps, and the review word cloud on the home page comes from WordArt, when the page shows. These providers therefore receive your IP address and may set their own cookies.
Booking
When you book an appointment, you go on to our booking provider (BookSalon or Timma). It uses its own cookies on its own site. We set no booking cookies.
