The standard is concrete and consistent across all salons. It is about technique, finish, and client experience - not individual preferences. Every treatment follows defined methods for cut, colour, and consultation, so the result is stable regardless of stylist or location.
Performance is assessed based on quality of execution, client satisfaction, and consistency. This happens through professional feedback from seniors, ongoing sparring, and review of work in practice - not just numbers and metrics.
The career path is clearly defined: junior stylist → stylist → senior stylist → lead → salon manager → trainer. Promotion depends on professional development, stable quality, and responsibility within the team - not seniority alone.
As a starting point, you have a fixed salon where you build relationships and routines. Rotation can occur in special cases or when needed, but it is not a fixed part of the structure.
Pay is based on experience, role, and responsibility. There is a fixed base salary combined with a structured model that reflects your production and development in the role. It is transparent and linked to your position on the career ladder.
The trichology course is a specialised training track focusing on scalp health, hair health, and advanced consultation. It is managed by internal specialists and is a professional supplement to your stylist career.
Complaints and corrections are handled professionally and without personalisation. There are clear procedures for redo treatments and client management, so the stylist's focus remains on quality and learning - not conflict. The team supports each other in challenging client situations.
