HELIN Hair is named after my two daughters, Helin and Elin. Two names that became one. In Kurdish, the word helîn means "nest" - a place of warmth, security, and new beginnings. That has been the foundation of HELIN Hair since the first salon opened in Værløse in 2012.

Dion Sipan on the story behind HELIN Hair.
When I opened the first HELIN Hair salon in Værløse in 2012, I had no plan to build a chain of salons. I had a passion for hairdressing, a strong work ethic, and a belief that quality, honesty, and relationships would always matter more than quick results.
From the beginning, the goal was simple: to create a salon where customers felt safe, were listened to, and could trust that they received professional advice and a result that suited them.
Over the years, HELIN Hair grew from one salon to five. But our philosophy has never changed. We believe beautiful hair starts with understanding. That is why we take the time to get to know our customers, understand their wishes, and create solutions that work in everyday life - not just on the day they leave the salon.
We document treatments, hair history, colour formulas, and progress so we can pick up exactly where we left off at every visit. That is part of the HELIN standard our team works to every single day.
Today, HELIN Hair is more than salons. It is a community of skilled hairdressers, loyal customers, and shared values. It is the result of many years of hard work, training, development, and a passion for our craft.
