Data We Collect
We collect personal data that you provide to us in connection with booking an appointment, signing up for our newsletter, or through direct contact. This may include name, email address, phone number, and payment information. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider, and we do not store your full card details.
Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your personal data for the purpose of managing bookings, sending booking confirmations and relevant communications, processing payments, and sending newsletters and marketing, if you have given your consent. Processing takes place on the following legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) - processing necessary for the performance of a contract, and GDPR Article 6(1)(a) - consent to marketing and newsletters.
Retention of Personal Data
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected. Information related to bookings and payments is retained for up to 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. If you are subscribed to our newsletter, we retain your information until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
Your Rights
Under data protection legislation, you have a number of rights with regard to our processing of your personal data. You may, among other things, request:
