Subscription Policy
Simple, transparent, and fair
Our memberships are designed to give you a regular beauty routine with maximum flexibility within clear boundaries.
Commitment period
The membership has a minimum commitment period of 6 months from the registration date. After that, the membership continues automatically month by month until cancelled.
Cancellation
After the commitment period, the membership can be cancelled with 1 month's written notice before the next payment date.
Pause or freeze
Memberships cannot be paused or temporarily frozen. If you wish to take a longer break, the membership can be cancelled and restarted later.
Unused treatments
Treatments and sessions must be used within the current membership period and do not carry over to subsequent months.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations or rebooking, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. For later cancellations or no-shows, the treatment is considered used.
Personal membership
The membership is personal and cannot be shared or transferred to others.
Valid at all HELIN salons
Your membership can be used at all HELIN Hair salons in Greater Copenhagen without additional fees.
Payment
Payment is automatically deducted each month on your registration date. All prices are stated in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT.
Changes to the membership
HELIN reserves the right to adjust prices, treatments, or membership terms with reasonable notice in accordance with applicable Danish law.
